TFC Business Solutions (“TFC,” “we”) respects the confidentiality of the businesses we work with. This page describes what information we collect through this website and in the course of an engagement, and how it is handled.

Information collected through this site

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. The contact form composes an email from your device to ours; nothing you type into it is stored on this website or sent to any third party by the site itself.

Information collected during an engagement

Delivering a diagnostic or ongoing service requires read access to business systems such as accounting software, field-service platforms, and advertising accounts. That access is granted by you, in your name, and revocable by you at any time. Client financial data is used only to deliver the engaged services, is never sold or shared with third parties except the software tools required to deliver the service, and is deleted on request at the end of an engagement.

Your ownership

Every account, login, asset, and piece of data connected with an engagement is held in the client’s name from day one. If you end an engagement, you keep all of it.
